• Each silo has 2800 ton of capacity for cement storage.

• One 56’ dia. x 226’ high 10,000 ton capacity slipform silo with an expanded-flow steel hopper supported by the silo walls.

• Two 30’ dia. x 96’ high jumpform coal silos with 60 degree stainless steel hoppers
• One 20’ dia. x 96’ high jumpform limestone silo with 60 degree carbon steel hopper
• One 24’ dia. x 112’ high jumpform ash silo with an elevated storage floor for truck loading and two equipment floors

• Hoffmann also constructed on site:

  • 255’ high chimney with 5’ 2” insulated steel liner

• One (1) – 44’ dia. x 140’ high (140,000 bushels)
• One Way 37° Hopper
• One (1) – 72’ dia. x 140’ high (485,000 bushels)
• One (1) – 90’ dia. x 140’ high (700,000 bushels)

Both 72’ and 90’ silos have:

• Rail Car Unloading Facility with car shaker, hoppers, feeders, reclaim conveyors, radial stacker, dust control, and equipment automation.

Our concrete silos can also store biomass materials, such as, wood waste, sawdust, pellets, corn, crop residues, garlic skins, ground pallets, willow, poplar, sugarcane, sorghum, switchgrass, cotton stalks, almond hulls, and olive pits.
