Hoffmann Elevating Grain Storage in Hamburg, IA with Precision & Scale

Built using the jumpform technique for speed and precision, the project featured deep auger-cast pile foundations, mat foundations, and above-grade tunnels (9’ high x 6’ wide) to support the heavy-duty infrastructure. Additional highlights included flat floors with cast-in-place aeration ductwork, custom steel-fabricated silo openings, and the strategic use of Hoffmann’s GCI crane to accelerate construction timelines.
