Hoffmann, Inc.'s commitment to safety is evident in our Mod Rate of .86!  Through Hoffmann's Safety Incentive Program and formal training, it is clearly communicated to our project managers, superintendents and their team members that Hoffmann is dedicated to provide a safe and healthy work environment for our employees and customers.  Hoffmann's Safety Program is not a "safety show".  Our safety procedures are built-in methods, incorporated into our construction and steel fabricating techniques.

• Written Safety Manual with Weekly Safety Meetings/Training
• Facility and construction site housekeeping                         
• Emphasis on Personal Protective Equipment/Respirators
• Confined Space and Rescue Procedures
• Serviced equipment and machinery with Lock Out/Tag Out Procedures
• All Hoffmann personnel are tested to be Drug Free
• A Fall Protection Standard that meets or exceeds OSHA
• Certified Crane Operation/Rigging
• Licensed Fork Truck Operators
• OSHA Dept. of Labor Certified OSHA 10 hr. General Industry and Construction Safety Training
• Red Cross CPR/First Aid Training
• Accident Investigation/Reporting

All Hoffmann employees are trained in OSHA, MSHA, EPA and DOT regulations and are responsible for their compliance.  Job safety analysis and periodic unannounced inspections are performed by Hoffmann's full-time Safety Coordinator to ensure that safety policies and federal regulations are being followed on every project.
